Both Master Suites have direct access to the
pool area and are equipped with luxurious en-suite bathrooms with spa
baths, double showers and his & hers vanity units.
The 2 further
bedrooms share a communal bathroom which can both be used independently.
The main living area is considerable
with a formal dining area, a dinette, good kitchen area, with all
appliances and gadgets, and the principle living room l. The Den and
Lounge areas also have Sofa beds, and both can use the pool bathroom ,as
an en-suite. In all, this house offers the largest area of air-conditioned
living space in the range. The living room has fantastic sliding glass
doors opening onto the lanai, when opened fully these doors open the
entire length of the living room giving the total impression of openness
to the pool.
In
the house it will be equipped with 2 sets of Ping Golf clubs which you
are free to use on any of the many top quality golf coarse near by.
